Veubi360 is a courier delivery platform. To ensure the safety of our drivers, customers, and the general public, certain items are strictly prohibited from being sent via the platform. This policy applies to all deliveries regardless of vehicle type.
The following items must never be sent via Veubi360:
Any goods that are illegal to possess, transport, or supply under UK law, including stolen property and counterfeit goods.
Firearms, replica firearms, offensive weapons, knives, bladed articles, tasers, and ammunition of any kind.
Explosives, fireworks, flammable liquids (including large quantities of fuel), compressed gases, and other pyrotechnics.
Class A, B, or C controlled drugs under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, and any other substances controlled under UK law.
Radioactive materials, biological hazards, corrosive chemicals, and any substances classified as dangerous goods under UK transportation regulations.
Live animals of any kind are prohibited unless the customer holds specific licences and Veubi360 has given explicit written approval in advance.
Human remains, ashes, or body parts of any kind are strictly prohibited without prior written approval and appropriate documentation.
Cash, negotiable instruments, unset gemstones, or items with a declared value exceeding £500 are prohibited unless explicitly approved by Veubi360 in writing.
Food, drink, pharmaceuticals, or other items that require refrigeration or controlled temperature storage are prohibited unless the vehicle selected is verified as temperature-controlled and Veubi360 has approved the booking type.
Adult content, obscene publications, or any material prohibited under UK obscenity laws.
