VEUBI360 LTD is committed to making the Veubi360 platform accessible to as many people as possible, including those with disabilities or impairments.

1. Our Commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and to ensure our mobile application follows platform accessibility standards for iOS and Android. Accessibility is an ongoing priority for our product team.

2. Supported Features

• Screen reader compatibility on iOS (VoiceOver) and Android (TalkBack)
• Scalable text that responds to device accessibility font size settings
• Sufficient colour contrast across all primary UI elements
• Touch targets of adequate size for users with motor impairments
• Alternative text on key images and icons
• Semantic structure for web page content

3. Known Limitations

Some areas of the platform may not yet meet full accessibility standards. We are actively working to improve:

• Complex interactive maps (live driver tracking) may be limited for screen reader users
• Some dynamic content updates may not be announced by all screen readers
• Photo upload flows may have limited screen reader support on certain devices

5. Reporting Accessibility Issues

If you experience an accessibility barrier on the Veubi360 platform, please let us know at support@veubi360.co.uk. Include a description of the issue and the device/platform you are using. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
