Veubi360 operates a UK-based on-demand and scheduled courier delivery marketplace. Our platform connects customers with independent drivers who fulfil deliveries. We are a technology platform and do not directly employ drivers; they operate as independent contractors.
Our supply chains include technology providers, payment processors, cloud infrastructure services, and communications platforms. We procure services from reputable, regulated businesses in the UK and internationally. Our supplier relationships are predominantly with established technology companies.
All drivers and contractors using the Veubi360 platform must confirm they are legally entitled to work in the UK and are operating freely and voluntarily. We require identity verification for all driver registrations. Drivers set their own hours and accept or decline jobs freely without penalty.
We do not tolerate any form of coercion, forced labour, debt bondage, or exploitation of any individual connected with our platform.
We conduct identity verification for all drivers and require proof of eligibility to work. We monitor driver activity patterns for signs of potential exploitation. We partner with suppliers that have their own modern slavery policies and compliance processes.
